Sustaining Scandinavian Folk Arts in the Upper Midwest
We work to ensure that that artists, academics, and community members throughout the Upper Midwest can learn from each other. We do that through teaching students at colleges and universities throughout the Upper Midwest. We do that through documenting and digitizing the amazing skills of artists throughout the region. And we also do that through our many public events. We're proud to host a number of guests from the Nordic countries and from Nordic America as we work to sustain Scandinavian folk arts in the region, including the many events you can learn more about below.
