Gloria Johnson and Erika Suo will demonstrate how to make pulla, a Finnish cardamom bread, in Gloria’s kitchen in Oulu, Wisconsin. Gloria has held many classes in her home to teach this baking art. She has also helped Erika pass on this tradition to local youth who attend summer school classes at the Oulu Cultural and Heritage Center.
