Why do we eat the things we eat? And how do those things change over time? Community Curator of Nordic-American Folklore at UW-Madison Marcus Cederström will explore what the foods we eat can tell us about immigration and Nordic-American life in the Upper Midwest. Before the presentation, attendees will enjoy a Scandinavian-themed buffet dinner provided by Blue Plate Catering. Menu details to come.
