Taste Traditions of Wisconsin: Swedish Pancakes for Breakfast?

Community Curator of Nordic-American Folklore at UW-Madison Marcus Cederström will explore what the foods we eat can tell us about immigration and Nordic-American life in the Upper Midwest. Before the presentation, attendees will enjoy a Scandinavian-themed buffet dinner provided by Blue Plate Catering. Menu details to come.

Pre-registration and payment is required for this event. Cost to attend is $35 per person. WHS Members receive a 10% discount on the ticket price.
